By accessing our website and purchasing from Stack Palace, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to protect both the customer and Stack Palace due to the unique nature of collectible items and fluctuating market conditions.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Processing and shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Stack Palace is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

All Sales Final — No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of collectible and investment-grade items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, buyer’s remorse cancellations, price adjustments after purchase, or price match guarantees.
  • Collectible items are sensitive to handling, environmental exposure, storage conditions, and tampering once delivered. Market values fluctuate and may change after purchase. Because these factors are outside our control, Stack Palace cannot accept returns or provide refunds once an order has shipped.
  • Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all photos, descriptions, and item details before purchase.
  • Special circumstances may be submitted through the website Contact Form and are reviewed solely at our discretion.

Collectible Condition & Buyer Acknowledgment

  • Condition assessments are subjective and may vary between collectors.
  • Items may show natural wear consistent with age, handling, or prior ownership.
  • Factory packaging may contain minor imperfections that do not affect product integrity.
  • Raw (ungraded) trading cards are not guaranteed to achieve specific grading outcomes.
  • Sealed products may contain manufacturer defects outside our control.
  • Purchases acknowledge acceptance of these inherent risks.

Graded Card Policy

  • Grading reflects the professional opinion of independent third-party companies.
  • Stack Palace is not responsible for disagreements with assigned grades.
  • Grading standards may change over time.
  • Minor cosmetic flaws in slabs or cases do not qualify as damage.
  • All graded card sales are final.

Sealed Product Policy

  • Sealed products are sold as collectibles and investments.
  • Stack Palace cannot guarantee specific contents, pulls, print runs, centering, or manufacturer quality control.
  • Products with removed or tampered shrink wrap or packaging are ineligible for refund or review.
  • All sealed product sales are final.

Trading Card Singles Policy

  • Centering, surface condition, edges, and corners may appear differently under magnification.
  • Lighting variations may affect how cards appear in photos.
  • Raw card condition opinions may differ between collectors and grading companies.
  • Purchases acknowledge acceptance of these risks.

Shipping Issues & Claims

  • Customers must contact Stack Palace within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
  • Claims must be submitted via the Contact Form and include order number and issue description.
  • Resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Stack Palace is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked “Delivered,” theft after delivery, or damage caused after receipt.

Inventory Synchronization & Listing Errors

  • Inventory is synchronized between our website and third-party marketplaces.
  • Items may sell on another platform before inventory updates.
  • If an item becomes unavailable, customers will receive a full refund within 48 hours.
  • Automated systems may occasionally cause listing errors including incorrect titles, photos, descriptions, tags, or pricing.
  • If discovered before shipment, customers may proceed with corrections or receive a refund.
  • Stack Palace reserves the right to cancel orders affected by system or pricing errors.

Pricing & Market Volatility

  • Collectible markets fluctuate rapidly.
  • We do not offer retroactive refunds, post-purchase discounts, price adjustments, or competitor price matching.
  • Prices reflect market value at the time of listing.

Preorder Policy

  • Release dates are estimates and may change due to supplier delays.
  • Preorder cancellations are not guaranteed once allocations are secured.
  • Supply shortages may result in fulfillment priority or refunds.

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage charges.
  • Stack Palace is not responsible for customs processing delays.

Fraud Prevention & Order Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized payments, policy abuse, reseller exploitation, or chargeback abuse.
  • Flagged orders may be delayed or canceled for verification.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Customers agree to contact us before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
  • Improper disputes may be contested with proof of delivery and policy agreement records.
  • Customers who abuse chargeback systems may be restricted from future purchases.

Limitation of Liability

  • Stack Palace is not liable for market value fluctuations, grading outcomes, manufacturer defects, packaging imperfections, or consequential damages.
  • Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.

Force Majeure

  • Stack Palace is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, carrier disruptions, outages, or supply chain failures.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Disputes shall be resolved in Nebraska courts.

  • Stack Palace reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued website use constitutes acceptance of updates.
