Q: Can I return something if I change my mind?
A: Since we sell collectible items, all sales are final. We totally get that buying cards is exciting, so just make sure everything looks good before checkout!
Q: Why don’t you accept returns?
A: Collectibles are delicate and values can change fast. Once an item leaves us, we can’t guarantee its condition or market value, so we aren’t able to take it back.
Q: Can I cancel an order after I place it?
A: Orders move quickly around here! Once an order is placed, we usually can’t cancel it, so be sure everything in your cart is exactly what you want.
Q: Do you price match or adjust prices later?
A: We don’t offer price matching. Collectible prices can swing up or down, and our prices reflect the market at the time they’re listed.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: We usually ship within 1–3 business days. Once it’s on the way, the carrier takes it from there!
Q: What if shipping is taking longer than expected?
A: Shipping delays can happen sometimes and are outside our control, but your order is still on its way to you.
Q: My tracking says “Delivered,” but I don’t see it — help!
A: Once a package is marked delivered, it’s in the carrier’s hands. We recommend checking with neighbors and contacting the shipping provider for help.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Oh no — that’s never fun. Please reach out through our Contact Form within 48 hours and include photos so we can look into it for you.
Q: If I buy a raw card, is a certain grade guaranteed?
A: Grading is done by third-party experts, and results can vary. We can’t promise any specific grade — that mystery is part of the hobby.
Q: What if there’s a mistake in a listing?
A: If we catch an error before shipping, we’ll contact you right away and let you decide whether you want to continue or get a refund.
